Our luxury hotel and restaurant client is looking to recruit a Senior Sous Chef in the Lake District, UNESCO’s newest World Heritage site.
As Senior Sous Chef, you will fully support the Head chef with the running of the busy kitchen department at this high-end property which has an exceptional world-wide reputation.
This role requires a Senior Sous Chef who can bring fresh, exciting ideas to the menus in keeping with the modern British, seasonal cooking theme. At the same time, you must assist in controlling the kitchen as well as managing and supporting the team.

Excellent all-round cooking skills
A formidable team leader
Background of working in hotels with at least two AA Rosettes
Able to train and develop staff
