The position of Operations Manager has key responsibilities in supporting the General Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the day to day hotel operation and ensuring that the hotel standards and policies are consistently met. Key areas of responsibility are the Food & Beverage and Front of House teams.
The Operations Manager will possess the following skills:
Shift pattern will include weekend and evening work, you will need a flexible approach to the role
Hours are as required to successfully complete the role, minimum five days out of seven
Duty Management shifts to be completed as per the monthly rota.
The successful candidate will currently be working at Food & Beverage Manager/Operations Manager level and experience of working in a hotel is also advantageous. The candidate will also possess excellent computer skills, a methodical approach to working, produce work of a high standard of accuracy and be able to work to deadlines.
