Our Lake District client is seeking a driven and highly motivated Head Chef to join the team.
You should have a strong, professional presence, be immaculately presented and have great attention to detail, as well as a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of all aspects of the kitchen, whilst ensuring the best quality products and service are delivered to the guests.
You must be commercially and financially aware and oversee budgets, stock control and all health, safety and hygiene legislation. You will be a hands-on manager who will lead by example.
Highly motivated you will thrive on motivating and developing your team.
You will possess the following key skills:
Hours of work are 48 hours per week over 5 days including weekends, flexibility is required. Live–in accommodation is available if required.
