1 to 2 years Michelin kitchen experience are required for this role, you will be a passionate and driven person looking to continue to develop your skills and move up through the ranks.
You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver both the fine dining and pub menus. You will be given the opportunity to develop dishes and take charge of the kitchen on Mondays which will be team development days allowing all staff to gain experience in taking responsibility for service.
Our fine dining client is looking to recruit a passionate Chef De Partie to join their new and incredibly exciting project.
They have stripped back an old pub to its foundations and rebuilt it as a brand-new building.
An informal approach to their hospitality will create a warm and welcoming venue serving the highest quality food with the kitchen team led by a 2 Michelin starred head chef.
Millions of pounds have been invested, in this new venture, and you will be working with everything the serious professional could possibly need to perform to their very best in terms of kit, produce and state of the art software.
Plans are also afoot to develop their own produce in huge walled gardens and Victorian glasshouses as well as some excellent foraging areas.
This is a role for Chefs looking to really understand what makes great food and be involved in the entire process from sowing to harvesting.
