Family owned, multi-award winning, AA 4 gold star hotel/restaurant in a beautiful conservation village in South Cumbria is looking for a talented, hard-working Chef de Partie / CDP who can work under pressure to produce consistent quality dishes. They will also consider Junior Sous Chefs or Commis Chefs.
Their menu is British cuisine offering a selection of traditional dishes, along with international restaurant dishes. Everything they make they make from scratch using local ingredients from local suppliers.
They have an excellent reputation for food, service and accommodation with both locals and guests alike.

Your working week will be a 48-hour week working shifts, in return they offer an excellent salary package with excellent benefits for the right person.
There is live in accommodation for 1 person in a shared staff house next door at a cost of around £50-60 per week.
They are not looking for clock-in-clock-out employees but people who are passionate about food, their job and their colleagues and in return they offer a beautiful place to work with nice people.
You will be working for an accomplished Head Chef who has a track record of winning awards. He has big plans for this establishment.
